Biography

Jerry L. Atwood is Curators' Distinguished Professor, University of Missouri-Columbia. He received his Ph.D. from University of Illinois in 1968. He was Professor and Chairman, University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 2016. He was an Editorial board member in Journal of Chemical Crystallography (1985-1998) and Crystal Engineering (1998-2001). Since 1999 he serve as Consulting Editor for Journal of Chemical Crystallography. Since 2000 he is an Editorial Advisory Board member of Crystal Growth & Design and Editorial Board for Supramolecular Chemistry. He is Co-Editor, Inclusion Compounds (five volumes); Comprehensive Supramolecular Chemistry (ten volumes); Encyclopedia of Supramolecular Chemistry (two volumes) and Editor-In-Chief, Comprehensive Supramolecular Chemistry II (nine volumes). He is a member of American Chemical Society; American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Royal Society of Chemistry.
